1. Order Processing and Production

All products are printed to order. Once your order is placed and payment is received, production of your custom item(s) will begin. Please double-check your order details, including sizes, colors, and shipping information, as changes cannot be made once production starts.

2. Returns and Exchanges

Because each item is custom-printed for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than a faulty or defective product.

Faulty or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or otherwise faulty, please contact us within 14 days (2 weeks) of receiving your order. To process your return, we require:

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the faulty item and any damage

  • Your order number and contact details

Upon approval, we will provide instructions for returning the item if applicable, and either provide a replacement item or refund the purchase.

Return Window

Returns/replacement requests for faulty items must be initiated within 2 weeks (14 days) of receiving your item. Returns requested after this period may not be accepted.

3. Refunds and Replacements

If an item does arrive with a fault or defect, please follow the directions above and we will either replace or refund the purchase.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or changed once production has begun. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

5. Shipping

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or for items lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content on this website are the property of GeekFilter and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

GeekFilter is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
